ISO 18385:2016 – Forensic DNA Grade swabs, two plastic shafts, Rayon tipped, single tubed and labelled.
Used for the collection of cellular material at both the forensic lab and crime scene examinations when the wet/dry swabbing technique is used. Both the wet and dry swabs can be removed from the single tube and placed back into the same tube speeding up the collection and analytical process. By using this swab it uses have the plastic making it better for the environment, takes up 50% of storage and freezer space.
The swabs are available in packs of 100 swabs, but can be purchased in varying quantities in heavy duty re-sealable bags to assist in the conformity to ISO 17020:2012.
